Aqua vitaal is for anyone who wants to be active but cannot take part in sport because of a physical limitation. Think of chronic complaints, rehabilitation after an operation or osteoarthritis.

During Aqua vitaal you are given exercises to get your body moving. Extra attention goes to problem areas such as the neck, shoulders, back and hips. The exercises tie in with the exercises from your doctor or physiotherapist.
The advantage of exercising in water is that the exercises feel lighter (there is no gravity to contend with) and are therefore easier to perform. For some of the exercises we use flotation aids.
Taking part in every exercise is not always possible. Nor does it have to be, because the important thing is that you do not feel any (extra) pain.
